Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, then as soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam, because some email providers don’t like automatic mailings. If in doubt, email us:

What are your shipping fees and delays?

TS&TS endeavours to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date your order was submitted. As you know, delivery times depend on the carrier.

We offer free shipping in:

  • France: For purchases above €60.
  • Switzerland: For purchases above CHF 60.
  • Rest of EU: For purchases above €60.

 My parcel is lost

Don’t panic. Check if someone took delivery for you? If this is not the case, please follow this procedure. It is imperative that you take these steps to validate your claim.

Step 1: First, open a complaint with the carrier.

Step 2: Next, notify us of the loss of the package at indicating the reference of your order so that we can also follow up with the carrier.

I changed my mind; can I return my order?

All sales are final. We only authorise refunds or exchange for items damaged in transit within 30 days of purchase. If this happens to you, please describe the problem by email to and send us a photo. We will arrange for a replacement at our expense.

Currently, we ship to Switzerland and the EU and are working hard to expand our Ocean Friend community.
